Drum roll, please... 🥁TaskBullet gets a whopping 5 stars from me! Who would've thought, right? Now, before you cry "Bias!" let me justify my rating.First off, our virtual assistants (VAs) are the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the pick of the litter! They're so good at what they do, they make me wonder if I'm secretly running a school for wizards and witches in disguise. "Taskius Completeicus!"Second, the prices are so affordable, I've started questioning my business acumen. Am I a philanthropist disguised as a business owner? But, no, that's just how much we value providing an excellent service at a price that doesn't break the bank.Lastly, our customer service is unparalleled. They're so quick to respond, it makes me think they've got some sort of telepathic superpowers. Either that or we've perfected time travel and I've got my very own TaskBullet DeLorean.So there you have it, the best kept secret in town: TaskBullet. If I could rate us 6 stars, I would, but since I can't, 5 stars will have to do. Task Bullet has been great to work with. I'm a very picky business owner when it comes to vendors, and I've gone through more VAs than I'd like to admit publicly (23, last time I checked). Task Bullet has been great to work with so far!Like with any VA service, it takes some time to get into a rhythm and figure out how best to work with them so styles work properly. The feedback loop is essential in this process, and ideally, you only spend a week or two going through the big rounds of feedback and growing pains before you get into a nice groove. This process was relatively fast with Task Bullet, and especially for what you pay, they are prompt, effective, and responsive. The only "complaint" I could have is that they use Basecamp for task management and communication, and I'm not a huge fan. But like I said, I've used tons of VAs over the years, and if that's the worst thing about a VA company, then you're doing pretty well!HIGHLY recommend!

My first experience with a VA at any level. Task Bullet was recommended by a friend so I gave it a try. I love that I don't have to choose a specific skill set. Task Bullet allows me to provide the project and helps me align a VA with the right skills. Very versatile.

I've been working with Taskbullet for the last while and have found them all great, very fast and they have a team of different people that have different skills so I've got them to do various tasks including video editing, updating my website etc. I would definitely recommend them as I tried a few other VAs before and they were totally inadequate.

A friend recommended Task Bullet to me as I was going crazy as a one-woman-band. I have been working with TaskBullet for 3 months now and I cannot recommend it enough. We started working with Task Bullet about 2 months ago and have freed up SO much time! We appreciate having a dedicated Project Manager, Karla, who we can bounce project ideas off and ask all of our questions. She's super responsive and helpful!We also really appreciate the VAs who are supporting us. They ask good questions, ensure their understanding, check back to ensure they are completing tasks correctly, and overall do a great job with communication and quality of work!I would definitely recommend trying them out; I think you'll be surprised by the amount of time time they can free up so you can focus on your highest valued tasks.

I started using TB VA service for basic research on some business referral service. Then, tasked my VA with short PowerPoint presentation to a group of Minority PreMedical students at a virtual conference.The tasks are well carried out and completed on time.Most recent task is more involved with design, implementation and graphic & text design for a new business information WebPage via Wix. I am sure we will complete and launch the WebPage on target date. My VA used about 20 hours and within 2-3 weeks from start to completion.I initiated Google Meet with my 2 VA to streamline communication and clarify my desire and provide feedback and instructions. I was surprised to find such talented people at TaskBullet. Jeff is a wizard with budgeting and spreadsheets and Anne-Marie is extremely proficient at Power Point presentations. They are also very responsive! Actually they are usually more prompt than I am in their response times. I had never used a virtual assistant before so I was very pleased with how easy they are to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
